Throughout this context we have learned how Fitness is related in building one's Whakamana/ Empowerment. Our learning journey has been about gaining knowledge on the Components of Fitness (COF), Methods of Training (MOT), Principal of Training (POT) and then applying the FITT principle to our training programmes.  With this knowledge we are all empowered and ready to participate in the secondary tough guy/ gal event in Hamiliton.

In this assessment we will focus on how fast you can complete the tough guy/ gal course. You have all set a goal for yourself and you will need to push yourself physically to achieve this.
