Term 3 Week 3

From this week (Wk 3) we will begin our assessment. Our assessment will connect with the Coast Whānau context for this Term. You will be producing a painting of a seedling, inspired by New Zealand artist Shane Cotton. 

Why a seedling? The Paris 2024 Olympic committee is emphasizing “more local, more plant based food” for the games this year. For this reason, we will be using a seedling as our main subject matter for our paintings.
