Term 1 Week 7

We will continue painting our sections. Every session we are painting, our focus is to:

1) Paint thin layers at a time with precision, this means taking your time and holding the brush close to the bristles as possible. There are many students who are holding their brush towards the end of the brush, which results in loss of steady control.

2) Remember, always begin painting the lightest coloured paint and work your way to the darkest! If you paint over the line using light coloured paint, you can always go over the light colour using a darker colour. However, once you apply a dark colour over where you light colour should be, this will not be fixable.
