    MONDAY HEA 
    Today we will continue with our Fitness topic. You will be reflecting on how you felt during your experience of the beep test last Thursday. 

    Questions to think about or along the lines of:
    - How did you feel during the beep test? 
    - Were you able to maintain your pace throughout the test? 
    - Did you give your best effort during the test? 
    - Are there any moments you felt you could've pushed harder? 

    and we will cover more in class. 

    TUESDAY PRAC (football field)

    By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:
    Try a new exercise out and push yourself and others.

    Today, I will introduce some fitness workouts and plans to you and you will participate in them. This will be FUN !! 

    THURSDAY     PRAC (Gym)

    Today, you will be doing a new workout demonstrating new exercises to help get your body familiar with a range of movements. Bring your full PE gear.  Also in the upcoming weeks, you will be practicing Cross Country which will be taking part Week 9 of this term. This is a good exposure of Fitness.
