    MONDAY HEA 
    Today we will continue with our Fitness topic. You will be watching a range of videos that will show some common fitness activities that are popular and you may learn this term. 

    TUESDAY PRAC (football field)

    By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:
    Try a new exercise out and push yourself and others.

    Today, I will introduce some fitness workouts and plans to you and you will participate in them. This will be FUN !! 

    THURSDAY     PRAC (Gym)

    Today, you will be doing the Beep Test. This is a fitness type of testing. Please do not forget your PE gear year 7s.
