Today I will be introducing a new topic of Fitness.
What do you think this means to you? I am aware that it may be new to some of you but also familiar to some. Not to worry, we will go over this topic thoroughly through our lessons.

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:
Demonstrate a new exercise you have never tried before.
Today, I will introduce some fitness workouts and plans to you and you will participate in them. This will be FUN !!
