MONDAY HEA
Today we will start on new content for PE such as fitness. You will take part in a few fitness workout that I will set out such as a interval circuit training. This will include a variety of exercises that will be new to a lot of you but we will ease in on them. Don't forget your PE gear too
WEDNESDAY PRAC
In preparation for cross country in Week 9, we will be walking the cross country route this session.
THURSDAY HEA
I will be continuing with NUTRITION- Healthy Living
Keeping in mind the three nutrients we covered last week Fats, Protein and Carbohydrates
