Section outline

  • We are learning to be summer active.

Students will plan and experience what it is like to be "summer active" in their immediate environment. This is Auckland. Students will investigate the difference between doing summer sports and doing summer activities. Students often loose most of their fitness and gain weight during the summer break as they have a misconception of summer sports/activities especially if they spend all of summer at home in Auckland.
