Learning Intention:
We are learning about the different components of fitness and the changes that occur in our bodies, so we can understand the internal forces in our body and work to be healthier/happier individuals.
Success Criteria:

Identify the components of the FITT principle.

List the way in which you are currently physically active.

Describe ways in which you can be active but enjoy such physical activity.

Describe a FITT goal in which you can spend the term working towards

Explain the importance of understanding fitness strategies in order to improve your health

Evaluate your ability to work towards your own fitness goal and how you achieved this this term.
Term 1 CONTEXT - May the force be with you . . .
MONDAY - Health/Theory
This will be your last session with me in class to work on your assessment. Reminder, it is due next week (Week 10 Tuesday at 1pm).
TUESDAY - Practical (gym)
Today we will have a fun practical session with a fitness focus. Make sure to bring your PE gear.
