- Going over trip - what you need to bring, lunch, gear, towel, sunscreen, jersey, and time you need to be here - 7am.
- Attend Goat Island - using all interpersonal and risk management skills
- Discussing and practicing interpersonal skills - communication, team work, inclusion, leadership
- In Health - looking at risk management strategies to keep yourself and others safe - checking weather, buddy system, looking after gear, managing self
- Think about what aspects of hauora this trip has an impact on.
