1. Playing ABL (adventure Based Learning) Team work games
2. Discussing and practicing interpersonal skills - communication, team work, inclusion, leadership
3. In Health - looking at risk management strategies to keep yourself and others safe - checking weather, buddy system, looking after gear, managing self
4. Going over trip - what you need to bring, lunch, gear, towel, sunscreen, jersey, and time you need to be here - 7am.
