    • We are EXPLORING...Throughout this term 2 context we will learn how Fitness and Haoura are related in building one's Whakamana/ Empowerment .
    • We are EXPLORING...Fitness, Hauora, Whakamana/ Empowerment. We have looked at Components of Fitness.
    • We are EXPLORING..the FITT principle and also different Methods of training
    Success Criteria - With this information I have been able to set a meaningful SMART goals for performance in the Tough Guy/Gul event on 21st of June and also to complete the School cross country.
