  • Kia ora and welcome to Week 2 of Term 2.

    On Tuesday we will be making Spring rolls and on Friday you can do the Practise Assessment and we will also have the Espresso Machine out for anybody that needs to catch up on frothing milk or making espresso.

    Success Criteria: I can/have...

    • an understanding of the coffee theory taught in class

    Activities:

    1. revise for assessment
    2. complete the assessment to the best of my ability
