  • Kia ora...and welcome to Week 2 of Term 1. My name is Mrs Priest and I will be your Hospitality teacher.

    Tuesdays will be our practical days and Thursdays will be our theory days. The first topic will be all about Coffee - how and where coffee beans are grown, how they are processed and you will learn how to make espressos on an espresso machine.
