      Students will develop a healthy, meal plan for an active teenagers. Students will answer questions relating to the main macro- and micronutrients.

      Students will be reflecting on a variety of product outcomes. They will also be required to modify recipes to make it "healthier" and discuss on cooking technique or ingredient.
