WEEK 1& 2 Fabric Technology

Kia ora team - Weeks 1- 5 7W2 will be in Fabrics and then Week 5-10 7W1 will be in Fabrics.

* We are EXPLORING how people communicate by participating in class discussion

* We are EXPLORING how we might communicate to others in our Whanau our student expectations by participating in class discussion

* We are EXPLORING our ideas by creating a concept design

* We are EXPLORING fabric decorationg methods by experimenting 

* We are FOCUSING on developing our concept design

Success Criteria: I can/have......

• partipated in class discussion on different ways people communicate and recorded the results in our journal
• drawn my first concept design 
• experimented/ tested at least 3 Fabric Decoration Methods  and completed a PMI
• using the testing samples and my new knowledge and skills - updated my concept drawing (Design Development)

Activities: 

• Completed my journal - How people communicate (On Google Classroom)
• Draw your first concept design - scan and insert into your journal.
• Tested at least 3 Fabric Decorating Methods.
• Scan these and inserted into my journal.
• Completed a PMI
• Update your concept design to include new decisons since experimenting.
