    This week I will be on camp from Wed to Fri. On Tuesday we will learn about the Muffin Technique and on Thursday you will complete a fun Toffee Pop activity to give you a better understanding of what a Food Technologist does..

    • participated in learning about making Muffins
    • can list some of the steps in making muffins
    • have an understanding of how gluten is developed and what its role is in the baking process
