Kia ora...and welcome to Week 6 of Term 1
This week I will be on camp from Wed to Fri. On Tuesday we will learn about the Muffin Technique and on Thursday you will complete a fun Toffee Pop activity to give you a better understanding of what a Food Technologist does..
Success Criteria: I can/have...
- completed the Toffee Pop worksheet
- participated in learning about making Muffins
- can list some of the steps in making muffins
- have an understanding of how gluten is developed and what its role is in the baking process
