Activities this week:
Monday (HEA)
Today, you will continue completing Education Perfect activities based on Stress. Acknowledging stress is an important step towards managing it effectively. Use these activities to help you identify and acknowledge stress. By acknowledging stress and identifying its causes, you can take steps to manage it effectively and improve your well-being.
Tuesday (Prac)
Today you will be on the field continuing with playing Fastball.
You would have by now been exposed to the environment of the game Fastball. You will use this lesson to fully immerse into the game and later explain moments that were challenging and how you could have overcame them by referring back to our Health lesson content.
Wednesday (Prac)
This session will be in the gym. You will play cones this lesson.
