  • Hi Everyone

    Mrs Newbold and I are so happy to be starting the year where we left off as we finally get to spend some time with all of you and see the talents you have in art.

    This term the context is around 'Our Place' and we would love to investigate the Maori Myth of Tamaki Makaurau with you.  We'll be looking t the Myth and breaking it down into a story board and then you will be working on a composition to retell some or all of it depending on the style of art you would like to use.  

    We'll be practising our drawing skills and doing some painting skills as well as having a play with some clay.  It should be a cool term.
