    PLAN & DO / WHAKAMAHI learning intentions:

    We are PLANNING... different ways to exercise for improve fitness/wellbeing and specifically looking at the different Components of Fitness. We will be focused on the following: -Purposeful training-Playing games -Incidental exercise Through these activities students will identify the most relevant component of fitness and also look at BORG'S scale of perceived effort and its alignment to their own heart rate.

    Success Criteria: I can/have..

    1. Identify the different ways to exercise been involved in activities that demonstrate the different ways to exercise

    2. Apply the perceived level of effort using's BORGS scale

    Activities:

    1. Practical sessions demonstrating the different ways to exercise. (Bike riding, Running, playing team games)

    2. EP Task - Stress effects on the body (Completed on Monday 30th May when rostered home)
