    * Monday: HEALTH lesson. In this lesson we will be examining how nutrition can affect our performance in POWER events/sports 


    * Tuesday: Strength/POWER circuit. This will be a practical lesson focusing on a circuit that aims to build power. This circuit will contain elements of horizontal leaps and explosive movement in shuttle sprints

    * Friday: Horizontal leap measuring/game. For this lesson we will take week 3 measurements of horizontal leaps (comparing them to the prior weeks to measure progress) Following measurement taking we will cap the lesson off with a fun game
