    • We are EXPLORING...    reading and interpreting bus and train timetables 
    • We are EXPLORING...    reading and interpreting air flight  timetables
    •  We are EXPLORING...   different currencies and exchange rates
    • We are EXPLORING ...booking flights, using flight timetables, for your ' Around the world in 80 days" journey.  




    • This week we will be focusing on your journey around the world, visiting six continents. Every week you will be given a task to do, related to your visits to every continent. 
    • Term Two's context is Around the world in 80 Days !  where your understanding of Measurement and Financial Literacy will be strengthened through our EXPLORATION of this interesting journey.

    • Do map reading 
    • Reading timetables for different ways of transport: trains, buses, Ferries, cars 
    • Reading flight schedules to different destinations
    • Understand, interpret and apply different currencies
