    Term One's context is ‘Goat Island Marine Reserve: Te Taha Wairoa'  where your understanding of Number, Measurement, Geometry and Statistics will be strengthened through our EXPLORATION of this beautiful marine habitat.

    Authentic Outcomes:  Snorkelling and attendance at the Goat Island Marine Education Centre.  Social action, working towards a more sustainable future.

    • Identify place value of whole and decimal numbers
    • Multiply and divide by 10, 100, 1000, etc
