Kia ora...and welcome to Week 10 of Term 1! 

On Tuesday we will be having the theory test during Session 4.  We will have the actual test on Tuesday 5th April during class time. 

On Thursday we will do a practical session. I have added the recipe from last week below.

Success Criteria: I can/have...

• participated and revised all required muffin skills and knowledge as well as flowchart knowledge
• participated in the assessment
• participated in the practical session

PLAN & DO / WHAKAMAHI learning intentions:

• We are PLANNING a marketing poster so that we can promote our muffins that are for sale.
• We are PLANNING to prepare a prototype so that we can practise the recipe and check if we like it.
• We are REVISING the test material so that we can ace the theory test.
