Using market research to determine final product/s
Activities:
TASK ONE
Using feedback/responses from your google form, you and your group are to decide on your final product/s
Decide who will be making the product/s
TASK TWO
Decide on your food product.(1 baked food per group). Consider allergies when deciding on your product - consider if you are going to think about dietary requirements like gluten free options etc.
- Once decided, please draft the health and safety requirements that would be followed to make the product.
- Identify person/people involved in making this product
- Proofread the H & S guideline by all group members
- Once finished - email to Mrs Selagan
