    • We are FOCUSING...on trying to adapt and evolve this concept into our lifestyle and try to prioritise this so we are able to transform our mindset into a more healthy Hauora

    • We are EXPLORING...To recognise and discover how regular participation in nature can have a positive affect on your Hauora
    • We are EXPLORING...How to integrate and access nature in our community and how to make the connection between this and a healthy Hauora
    • We are EXPLORING...The research available on how regular participation in nature can have a positive affect on your Hauora

    Success Criteria: I can/have...

    • Completed The 5 article reading and reviews on google classroom 
    • Explain verbally how activities in nature enhance your Hauora
    • Investigate the possibility of competing in the OPC Auckland Rogaine competition at Totora Park

    Activities:

    1. Selection of different activities for PE activities
    2. Selection of teams of 4 for Rogaine
    3. Visit Mission heights Reserve and Point View Heights
    4. Investigate 1 Nature area in Auckland that you and your family can visit

    Homework:

    • Visit 1 Nature area in Auckland that you and your family visit and take some evidence of this
