  • Kia ora Year 9,

    This week we will be focusing on getting our long jump, 100m and 200m done for Athletics day.

    We need a big effort from our year 9 students this year. Set yourself a goal and lets push it!

    Success criteria

    • I can identify the different training methods.

    • I can select the correct training method to suit my event in Athletics.

    • I can reflect on my performance and make changes to my training plan to improve performance.
