PLAN & DO / WHAKAMAHI learning intentions:
- We are PLANNING... to demonstrate our progress in basket ball skills through post testing
- We are PLANNING & DOING... by creating a well balanced and nutritious meal using the my food plate guide
By the end of this week I will be able to identify the food groups, calculate portion sizes and use these to create a nutritional Food plate and illustrate this in my Health book
