      PLAN & DO / WHAKAMAHI learning intentions:

      • We are PLANNING... to demonstrate our progress in basket ball skills through post testing
      • We are PLANNING & DOING... by creating a well balanced and nutritious meal using the my food plate guide

      By the end of this week I will be able to identify the food groups, calculate portion sizes and use these to create a nutritional Food plate and illustrate this in my Health book

      Activities:

      1. Complete Nutrition Plate Activity assigned on Google Classroom and upload evidence
      2. Practicing Basketball chest passing skills - Tutorial is on Google Classroom PE course page
      3. Engaging in a number of activities to enhance your Hauora - Lockdown Activity List is available of Google Classroom
