Context - Movement
Achievement objective:
Movement skills (4B1)
Demonstrate consistency and control of movement in a range of situations.
This term we will be focussing on different types of movement skills. We will be doing pre and post-tests on the following skills.
1. Passing a Basketball successfully 20 times hitting a target.
2. Dribbling a basketball while running over 25 meters with control.
3. Doing 20 basketball "free" throws
4. Playing basketball
Activities:
Monday: Cross Country
Thursday: 5v5 basketball, skills stations for passing and shooting
