    Welcome back to school, I hope you are all looking forward to what term 2 will bring!

    • We are PLANNING to practise and demonstrate our knowledge of interpersonal skills and relationships whilst playing Multi sport and will be observed for these skills to complete the practical component of your assessment

    REFLECT / WHAIWHAKAARO

    REFLECT / WHAIWHAKAARO learning intentions:

    • We are REFLECTING... on our knowledge of Interpersonal skills and Relationships so that we can test our knowledge and understanding of them in the context of PE games. There will be an opportunity this Friday for you to resubmit your written assessment via oral responses.

    Monday: Kickball games where your interpersonal and relationship skills will be observed 

    Thursday: Health: Sports and Games: Classifications and Innovations activity on Google Classroom (Ms Wessels will be away)

    In line with term 2's focus, we will be exploring different types of games and sports and how they are classified, how they started and how they have changed over time.

    Step 1: Please open the slides called Sports and PE Games: Categorisations and Innovations (a copy has been made for each student) and read slides 2 - 9. 

    Step 2: Complete slides 11 - 14 using slides 6 - 9 as an example.

    We will go through the content and your answers in class next week.
