    If you are in at school bring your PE gear everyday!

    1. We have updated the workouts! Check out the week 5 slideshow and try and complete 3 different workouts this week! We will see you on Friday again for a whānau workout! This week we will even have students leading the workout from school!! Try and get outside each day for your well-being.

    2. Please go onto the google classroom. You need to complete last weeks work on the slideshow.  Read about what protein, fats and vitamins are. Once you have read that you need to design your own healthy menu.
