    1. We have updated the workouts! Check out the week 3 slideshow and try and complete 3 different workouts this week! We will see you on Friday again for a whānau workout!

    2. Nutrition work: Please go to the google classroom where you need to read over the Nutrition slideshow. Once you have done this you need to list 5 complex carbs and 5 simple carbs.
