    REFLECT / WHAIWHAKAARO learning intentions:

    • We are REFLECTING...on term 1 and term 2 to identify barriers and to reduce gaps in our learning by revising what we learnt and being tested for mastery of number, geometry and stats at levels 3 and 4.

    Hello, my name is Miss Sutton. I am looking forward to being your teacher and helping you learn maths.

    I want to get to know you better: what are your hobbies? What do you like about maths? What do you not like? Let me know when I see you in class!

    Here are my expectations for you when you are in my classroom:
    1. Respect others: everyone is here to learn so use kind words, listen when someone else is speaking, and be supportive of others.
    2. If you don't know, ask. I am happy to help you.
    3. Do your homework on MathsBuddy before it is due.
    4. Bring a pencil, ruler, and maths exercise book to class.
