We are EXPLORING … interpersonal skills and relationships by working in tribal groups to develop a team spirit , unity and sense of achievement

We are EXPLORING … positive attitudes by understanding the challenge of both the bike race and the cross country inter whanau event

We are EXPLORING … strengths, leadership and personalities by understanding and respecting each tribal team members strengths

We are FOCUSED on … interpersonal skills by… developing and enhancing each other's skill sets while working in Tribes. Teams ( small selected groups) will create a tribal name. Students will demonstrate positive attitudes in challenging situations. These situations will be aimed at improving their cross country running results and also the bike track race challenge, both of which are inter whanau school challenges.

We are PLANNING … on creating a tribal team to participate in the cycle rally and a cross country tribes so that we can… demonstrate our interpersonal skills and positive attitudes.

We are planning to practise both biking and cross country events to improve our performance when the inter whanau event is completed at the end of the term.

Success Criteria: …….students are able to work together to achieve the cycle rally as well as demonstrate  interpersonal skills and positive attitudes.
