    • We are FOCUSED on … regular physical activity, the human body, how it works and what it needs to be healthy and we have learnt how to keep safe while participating in PE. In particular the effects of regular participation in physical activity on our Hauora - physical, social, spiritual and mental/emotional wellbeing.

    • Success Criteria:....Participate in a variety of 5 physical activities over 5 days. (Over the 5 days you need to have included at least 3 different activities).

    • Each activity must last at least 30 minutes and must be linked to a physical activity that raises your heart rate. 

    • After each physical activity reflect on your level of participation, the risks involved in the activity and how you manage these risks and the enjoyment and the impact on an aspect of your Hauora in the ‘Toku Tinana Reflection’ doc.
