    • Monday: Cross Country course - timed to see your improved fitness and ability over the past 5 weeks

    • Monday: Mates & Dates will be during session 2 in M11

    • Tuesday: Health - relationships and sexual education

    • Friday: Focus Friday Must Do/ Can Do activities
