This week we continue to focus on further developing your movement skills and understanding of how the body moves through a multiple of sport activities

- We are FOCUSING... on correct movement when throwing, catching and kicking in multisports.
 - We are FOCUSING... on correct movement when hitting and passing in volleyball and badminton.
