This week we will be focussing on further developing your movement skills and understanding of how the body moves. You will also focus on the dangers of sedentary living and how it can affect young people.FOCUS / ARONGA learning intentions:
- We are FOCUSING... on correct movement when throwing, catching and kicking in sports
- We are FOCUSING... on what a sedentary lifestyle is and how it affects you
- We are FOCUSING... on improving the balance between activity and inactivity in your everyday lives
