  • Kia ora everyone, 

    This week, we will be continuing our 'Flipping Gorgeous! Pancakes Around the World'. We will be cooking fluffy souffle (a Japanese pancake) on Wednesday in W7. 

    Success Criteria: I can/have..

    • wash my hands properly.
    • work safely, hygienically and cooperatively with my cooking group to prepare fluffy souffle.
    • completed the 'Flipping Gorgeous Recipe Evaluation' for fluffy souffle.
    • completed all the 'Flipping Gorgeous Recipe Evaluations'. 


    Activities:

    1. Complete the fluffy souffle evaluation. Use the 'food descriptive words' for help.

    2. 9 Flipping Gorgeous Recipe Evaluation assessment is due on Friday 28th May 2021 at 8pm.
