    NOTE: No practical lesson this week due to teachers only day. Theory lesson cut short due to fire drill.

    Learning intention  

    This week are learning about composting food from our practical sessions (e.g. in the new containers provided), and receiving feedback from the part one of our team assessment.

    Success criteria

    • Understand the importance of composting and the role we need to take in the Food Tech room (need to revisit again due to fire drill)
    • Learn where to compost and which containers to use.
    • Work as a team to develop our written work based on feedback from the first part of our team assessment.
