- We have drawn a concept design and annotated it to support our first trial and what the final outcome will look like
- We have presented our final concept design to our stakeholder
Activities & resources- Continue: Working on the Team Planning Document answering the questions
- Conceptual statement: Write a statement that communicates your big idea - what is the need or opportunity you have identified and why you should develop such an outcome. For example, the statement should summarise - what needs to happen, who it is for, where it is to be used, time frames, and why you are developing this outcome.
- Concept design: Create a visual sketch of your conceptual design, including how you will plate-up your outcome, highlight any modifications and reasons for the changes.
- Communicate: Communicate your visual sketch with your stakeholder, so you ALL agree on your outcome before your first trial. Highlight and record any further modifications needed on your sketch.
