  • Kia ora...and welcome to Week 7. This week we will be starting our new topic. Hygiene. We will learn about bacteria, high and low risk foods, cross contamination and food poisoning.

    On Thursday we will be making burgers. Burgers use a high risk food (meat) and we will cover the signs of how to know when a patty is cooked.
