    This term you are now up to Plan and Do and you will work your way through the journal and construct your Mask.

    PLAN & DO / WHAKAMAHI learning intentions:

    • We are PLANNING... so that we can Design and make a personalised Covid Mask
    • We are DOING - construct/making our Mask following the pattern 

      We are PLANNING out the construction/making of our Mask - identifying the keys stages that you will follow using the pattern

    Success Criteria

    I can/have identified the Key Stages I will follow to make my mask and I have recorded my actions each lesson.

    I can/have decorated my fabric in some way

    I can/have constructed my mask using correct sewing techniques 

    Activities

    Complete your journal each lesson - what you intend to do that lesson and at the end or start of the next lesson what actually happened - show you can plan.

    Practice your sewing techniques before you sew on your actual mask. When confident go ahead and sew your mask.

    Explore / Practice Fabric decoration methods suitable for your mask design.
