    • We are working through Assessment 2 - Bake Off Challenge
    • We are learning about brief development and project management

    • We have completed Trial One and tested the performance of new ingredients 
    • We have gained stakeholder feedback
    • We have filled in the sensory evaluation part
    • We have listed any modification required for Trail 2
    • We have uploaded photography into our Planning Document
    • We have updated the teacher with our ingredient requirements for Trial 2


    Activities & resources

    • Continue: Working on the Team Planning Document answering the questions - sensory evaluation and stakeholder feedback
    • Practical activity: Trial 1: Baking Off Challenge and modifications
    • Class discussion: Reviewed this week's practical, refocused and changed direction for next week's practical with the class now becoming the stakeholders. (This was based on amazing work completed to-date)
    • Write-up: Stakeholder feedback from Trial 1 and add further modifications needed for Trail 2. Recorded stakeholder feedback. 
    • Collate and order: Ingredients needed for Trail 2.
