    This week, we will be continuing our 'Kiwi Classic: Baking Kiwiana'. 

    Success Criteria: I can/have..

    • understood what we will be doing when we cook fluffy souffle pancakes (Japan) next week. 
    • read and understood what is expected of our group for the Y10 Bake-Off Challenge Design Project.
    • understood the function and know some types of flour.
    • understood the function and know some examples of leavening agents.


    Activities:

    1. Update 'Kiwi Classic: Baking Kiwiana' evaluations. Review the exemplar to ensure that your evaluations are of a high standard.

    2. Begin the Y10 Bake-Off Challenge Design Project.

    3. Discuss and share our research about flour.

    4. Read and research about leavening agents then complete the practical investigations.
