    This week, we will be continuing our 'Kiwi Classic: Baking Kiwiana' by baking banana and blueberry muffins on Wednesday in W7.

    Success Criteria: I can/have..

    • wash my hands properly.
    • work safely, hygienically and cooperatively with my cooking group to prepare banana and blueberry muffins.
    • completed the 'Kiwi Classic: Baking Kiwiana Recipe Evaluation' for chewy brownies.
    • understood the function and know some types of flour.
    • understood the function and know some examples of leavening agents.


    Activities:

    1. Complete the chewy browny evaluation. Use the 'food descriptive words' for help.

    3. Discuss and share our research about flour.

    4. Read and research about leavening agents.
