    This week, we will be continuing our 'Kiwi Classic: Baking Kiwiana' by baking lemonade scones on Wednesday in W7.

    Success Criteria: I can/have..

    • wash my hands properly.
    • work safely, hygienically and cooperatively with my cooking group to prepare lemonade scones.
    • completed the 'Kiwi Classic: Baking Kiwiana Recipe Evaluation' for Anzac biscuits.
    • use technological language to describe what is happening during the technology design process.
    • understood the function and know some types of flour.
    • understood the function and know some examples of leavening agents.


    Activities:

    1. Complete the Anzac biscuit evaluation. Use the 'food descriptive words' for help.

    2. Review the technological language used when following the technology design process.

    3. Read and research about flour.

    4. Read and research about leavening agents.
