  • Kia ora everyone, 

    This week, we will be continuing our 'Kiwi Classic: Baking Kiwiana' by baking cheese puffs on Wednesday in W7.

    IMPORTANT: The Google Classroom code for this course is 6dphtlo . 

    Success Criteria: I can/have..

    • wash my hands properly.
    • set up the 'Kiwi Classic: Baking Kiwiana Recipe Evaluation'. 
    • work safely, hygienically and cooperatively with my cooking group to prepare cheese puffs.
    • completed the 'Kiwi Classic: Baking Kiwiana Recipe Evaluation' for cheese puffs.
    • use descriptive language to describe our vanilla cupcakes (how do they taste, smell, mouthfeel?).
    • understand the role of a Food Technologist.


    Activities:

    1. Bake cheese puffs on Wednesday in W7 and complete the evaluation.

    2. Learn the language to describe the physical attributes of food (appearance, aroma, texture and colour).
