  • Kia ora...and welcome to Week 4 of Term 3.

    On Monday we will be making "Subway" cookies.

    On Wednesday we will be revisiting the differences between espresso coffees as well as completing a practise assessment. Your actual assessment will be in Week 5, Wednesday 25th, Session 3.

    Success Criteria: I can/have...

    • revised the coffee lessons on GC in preparation for the Coffee Assessment
    • asked the teacher any questions I might have in regards to the Coffee Assessment
    • participated in making cookies
