  • Kia ora...and welcome to Week 4 of Term 2.

    On Monday you will be completing your last trial of the recipe you have chosen for the sale. Alternatively complete all your theory paperwork.

    On Wednesday you will need to email me the quantities you are planning on making for the sale and any ingredients you want. You will also continue to finalise advertising posters, finish the costing of the recipes etc.

    Success Criteria: I can/have...

    • trialled and perfected my chosen recipe on Monday
    • emailed Mrs Priest the ingredients and quantities needed for the sale
    • worked at my advertising poster, the costing of the ingredients, the assessment journal....
